Capability Framework Workshops
The Industry Partnership has been working to develop a Capability Framework for the Sector. The Framework has now been piloted and finalised and we are pleased to make it available to the sector. We are offering 3 hour workshops that will explain the Framework and its applications.
What will the workshops cover?
The workshops will explain how the capability framework can be used to assist with:
∙ Recruitment and selection
∙ Job design
∙ Learning and development planning

As a sector wide resource, it represents an accessible and consistent way to describe the skills and behaviours that demonstrate good work in our sector. Participants will receive copies of the tools to support implementation of the framework.
Who should come?
The workshop is suitable for anyone who works in the sector but will have particular relevance to people in leadership and management or supervisory roles, or to people who work in Human Resource Management.
